- Brainstorming:

Today, our group which contain 10 members as a team and we prepare a large sheets that can easily to see and written down. My group's leader as a facilitator and me as a note taker who record the brainstorming agenda.

(I) Brief problem's background
- The facilitator brief about the problem which is the lecturer needs us to be more creative while doing this assignment.

(II) Review the 3 brainstorming rules that include:
- as many solution as possible
- wild idea
- no criticism

(III) Do a creative warm-up exercise
- Facilitator wants to attract the others group member to listen to her and giving more idea by doing some warm-up exercise such as "Stand and Sit" or say some jog.

(IV) Conduct the brainstorming
- All the members give many idea such as use some anime to express the idea or technology idea and so forth. Thus, i've to record all the idea that given by my group members.

(V) Collection all ideas and end the sessions
- After collect all the ideas and discuss which idea can be more creative and efficientcy attract the lecturer. Then, the facilitator briefly end the sessions.

(VI) Thanks and dismiss the team
- After i collect all the ideas and facilitator end the sessions. The facilitator thanks all of us that provide as many ideas as possible and dismiss the group.

While doing this assignment i memorized that i've learn brainstorming before in Critical Thinking and i just follow the steps that need to do when collect all the ideas from the team.

- Problem-Solving Model:

(i) Define the problem
- The problem that i face is traffic jam on every Thursday because i hate traffic jam but there

is actually happen and this make me very headache.

(ii) Analysis the problem
- Izit the problem easy to solve by myself? Traffic jam is usually happened or not? Izit a
problem???
- Analysis the problem by using "Kepner-Tregoe" and problem analysis question.

(iii) Identify list of possible solution

  1. Go back home after traffic jam time.

  2. Pay more TOL fees to escape traffic jam. Ex: KL-Putrajaya Highway

  3. Go my cousin's house first.

(iv) Decide on the appropriate alternative

- Alternative 1: Adv - Save time by avoid from traffic jam

Save money from using KL-Putrajaya Highway

Disadv - Can't meet my family as fast as possible

- Don't know what to do at school

- Boring

- Alternative 2: Adv - Can go back home more faster

- Avoid from traffic jam

- More enjoy time at home

- Go out drink tea with my friends

- More time to do my assignment

Disadv - waste money

- Alternative 3: Adv - Can use my cousin's computer to do assignment
- Avoid from traffic jam

- Save money

Disadv - Can see many " black face" that i hate when at my cousin's house

- Can't gather with my family as soon as possible

- Can hear many bad things that predict my mom

As a result, i solve this problem by using alternative 2 which is using KL-P Highway because time is precious and no other things can substitute it.

- The Water And Diamond Paradox:

Today, i do Microeconomic's revision and in Chapter 19 i was study about the diamond-water paradox. At the mean time, i remembered that i've already learn from Critical Thinking. Which mean that some "essential" goods had much lower prices than some "unimportant" goods. Why would water, essential to life, be priced below diamonds, which have much less usefulness? This paradox is resolved when we acknowledge that water is in great supply relative to demand and thus has a very low price per gallon. Diamonds, in contrast, are rare and are costly to mine, cut, and polish. Because their supply is small relative to demand, their price is very high per carat. Water that are useful to people are more valuable and expect willing to pay more money for them but in reality water is less price. Thus, water has much more total utility (roughly, usefulness) than diamonds even though the price of diamonds greatly exceeds the price of water.
