Step 1 :
First, i open a new file n start create my new own web site. Before, i had ady done the personal web site. but, when i open the file and submit to Mdm Lydia, all my works are totally differ from what i've done.
so, i've to redo my work. This is my homepage but i dunno why the position of the main content is at below of the side bar while i open the file.

As I have explained to you, you're using CSS (add structure to your html document). In order to change it, you have to use CSS to change the default behavior.
